Why we exist

This business started with a frustration rather than a business plan. Mortgage advice is a genuinely valuable, genuinely skilled job, and far too much of the working day gets swallowed by paperwork, duplication and chasing. The technology available to brokers either did not fit how advice actually happens, or expected the firm to change its process to suit the software.

So we built our own. CaseGather came first, because the fact-find is where the most time is lost and the most information goes missing. Around it we build the websites, automation and marketing that let a modern broker firm operate properly.

What makes us different

Most agencies have to be taught how mortgage advice works. We do not. We already understand fact-finds, sourcing, suitability, compliance sign-off and the handover points where cases stall, because we have worked inside the process. That means less time explaining your business to us and software that fits the way you already work.

What we believe

• Technology should remove keystrokes, not judgement
• Advisers should not be asked to change how they advise to suit a piece of software
• Compliance and efficiency are not opposites — better records usually mean faster cases
• Nobody should be locked into a system they cannot leave
• If we would not use it ourselves, we will not sell it to you

Where we are going

CaseGather is the first product, not the last. The long-term aim is a complete set of tools for mortgage and protection firms, built to work together, with the same principle behind all of it: less administration, more advice.
